Today Monday 29.7.19 we have been experiencing telephone faults, this has been escalated to IT who are aware and dealing with this problem.

We have had calls which have been disconnected due to this problem, which has been causing frustration to some of our patients.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to our patients. 

Repeat Prescriptions

nice_vlue_pillsPatients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

  • In person - drop your repeat slip in at reception having clearly marked the items required.
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration.

Please note we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Patient Access

Click the button to sign up for EMIS Patient Access. We will eventually be discontinuing our existing Online Services so please register at your earliest convenience. 

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
